Students who could not attend the midterm exams due to their excuses in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year are required to fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu and apply by April 15, 2026, at 17:00 to take the make-up midterm exams.
Students who wish to apply online must log in, check the information that appears, confirm it, and follow the steps outlined below.
- They must enter the course and the instructor's information and click the “Add Course Information” button.
- The reasons for not being able to attend the midterm must be briefly stated,
- If there are mandatory documents for excuses, the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) must be uploaded in PDF format,
After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Send Application to the Unit” button to complete the process.
Applications for the make-up exams of University Elective Courses (ÜSD) will be made to the unit that opened the course.
